It is a member unit of the manufactures that produces instruments for China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation and the Supplies & Equipment Company of China Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation. The quality system of the company acquired ISO-9001 approval, and was authorized high & new technology corporation by Liaoning Science & Technology Bureau in September, 2000. The corporation occupies an area of 20,000 square meters,construction area is 4,000,square meters. Now we have 216 staff including: six advanced engineers,35 Sengineers, seventy percent of the staff are engineering technicians with technical secondary knowledge. All Design & Developing personnel are equipped with computer and adopt AutoCAD to design and develop the products. We possess the superior inspection and experiment methods, complete mechanical process and matching equipment. The corporation holds advanced technics, scientific management, and strong technology strength. From the foundation on, the corporation has been intensive and pioneering effort for ten years. From the year of 1993 to 2000, the annual industry total production value of the corporation increased from RMB 100,000 to over RMB 20 millions, and the annual average increasing was over sixty percent. Until the year of 2000, the corporation realized sale income RMB 20.03 million, profit tax RMB 6.57 million, and the tax delivery is on the position of No. 23 of the city. Our corporation is named 'Tax Delivery Advanced Corporation' by Dandong Border Economic Cooperation Zone Administration Committee for 5 years continuously, and named by Dandong City Party Committee and City Government to 'Civilization Corporation'. The main products of the corporation include six types, forty series, over two hundred specification. All companies of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation and China Petroleum and Natrual Gas Corporation are covered with our products. And supplied a great deal of meters and matching equipment for new establishing projects, technics improved projects, extension projects and normal maintenance in all companies of the two petroleum consortiums, and other fields of chemical industry, electric power, textile, foodstuff, metallurgy,etc.Liaoning Province People's Government award 'Liaoning Province Gold Metal' to our main products-UTD electric displacer level transmitter and UQD electric ball-float level transmitter in 1999. UTD electric displacer level transmitter was determined as national new products by National Science Committee, National Taxation Bureau, Foreign Trade & Business Cooperation Department, National Quality & Technology Supervision Bureau, and National Environmental Protection Bureau.
