Qilu Plastic Product Company

　Qilu Plastic Products Co. Ltd ( QPPC) is a joint venture. With a general investment of USD 8.5 million and a general asset of RMB 140 million Yuan, all of its equipments ae imported form Japan, Germany and South Korea and its annual production reaches 60 million plastic bags of various sizes.

　In July 1999, QPPC won the title: ' High-Tech Enterprise' of Shandong province. In August of the same year, its fist product: ' Block Bottom valve Bag' was awardd by the Ministry of Science and Technology the certificate of ' Important New Product of the State'. In December 2000, QPPC gained smooth ISO9002 quality system recognition and the ISO9001 quality system recognition by CCAS of Great Britain.
