PROCEDURES:
19.1 Seller issues SPA/ATS Contract to Buyer, Buyer sign and return, both parties deposit copy in their respective banks, Buyer Sends ATB FORMAT CONTAINING ALSO THE FOLLOWING- a copy of scan passport of supercargo and inspector, storage tank, refinery details to seller
19.2 Buyer places VIA SWIFT EITHER DLC MT700(NON-OPERATIVE TO BE ACTIVATED BY A 2%PB) OR via swift MT799 BLOCKED FUND in favor of seller’s fiduciary bank(SELLER POST A 2%PB) from a world top rate 50 banks in the world and swift copy including answer back copy sent to seller for confirmation.
19.3 Seller confirms swift copy OF EITHER DLC MT700 OR MT799 and through the terminal release TANK STORAGE RECEIPT (TSR)/DOCUMENTS, DTA to buyer for product confirmation and DIP TEST, Seller issues DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION to Buyer’s inspection team to conduct Q&Q.
19.4 Upon successful CIQ/DIP TEST, Buyer place via swift MT103 for total out turn of quantity of product.
19.5 Seller, through the terminal release all cargo documents including WOT in buyer’s name. THEN FINAL PAYMENT VIA SWIFT TT WIRE TRANSFER TO ALL ACCOUNTS INDICATED ON CONTRACT SPA.
19.6 Buyer evacuates products from tank farm to buyer’s destination.
