About SA Labour Brokers
SA Labour Brokers (SALB) is a locally based Recruitment Firm operating in Randburg and Fourways in Johannesburg, servicing the whole of South Africa and the region. SALB takes pride on being a South African HR consultancy company providing world-class human capital and solutions to our clients. SALB has evolved over the years from focusing on the supply of chartered Accountants to Audit firms, To being a one-stop shop for recruitment solutions focusing more on the scarce skill areas such as Supply Chain Management, Engineers, Surveyors, Construction Project Managers, IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Management Consultants etc.
» What we do
SALB's delivery approach is based on a "Head-Hunting" model which follows the cores of networking and association and the understanding of our target individual. Our strategy endeavours to go beyond placing an ad for a vacant job spec and then simply pushing the CVs that best match that spec to our client. We seek to find individuals who have well known track records, people who are known for their excellence in delivery of value in their fields hence the "Head-Hunting" model.
We target candidates who are not only going to fit the requirements, but individuals who have the ability to get into a company and begin to add value to our clients’ bottom line. We have created a track record of excellence in the supply of critical human capital to our clients.
Our focus is Executive Level Placement and head hunting of specialists in the following areas: Supply Chain Management, Metallurgical, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining Engineers, Surveyors, Construction Project Managers, IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, Management Consultants ,Chartered accountants and ICT Gurus etc .
