S. M Shafiq& Sons established in 1970 is specialized in manufacturing apparels for casual wears on a modest level. A major portion of apparels is made in woven fabric. Since 2002-2003 as part of diversification strategy knitted garments has been added to our existing product line, which includes T-Shirts, Dresses& Garment accessories.

About 90-95 % of production is exported mainly to European Union. The balance of about 10 % comes under the head of occasional exports, which includes Scarves, Furnishing Textiles, Bedlinen& allied accessories.
