Method: -

Every product in factory has to pass through strict quality control tests and only those products leave the factory. The production method is extruded rod & sand casting.

Instruments: -

(1) micro meter for dimention control

(2) digital waniar for dimention control

(3) go & not go ring & plug gauge for threading control

Quality: -

We can make products in an accurate size/tolerance one micron (0.01) or as per customers drawings & specifications.
