A well laid out modern plant of manufacturing the Total Spectrum of Investment Castings made from ferrous metal& it is alloys including Nickel& Cobalt base super alloy with an installed capacity of 350 M. T. Per annum. Considered to be an advanced& ultimate casting process. It is used to produce engineering components of the highest quality in which one disposable pattern produce one metal part only. The process which was initially confined to typical aerospace requirements is now used in all engineering field to produce components of varying degrees of complexity in virtually and volume and for the broadest possible spectrum of application having very close to the final form ready for end use with inherent soundness of structure, excellent surface finish, dimensional accuracy in microns/minimizes costly and cumbersome machining operations. In addition to the above this unit having certain additional facilities to undertake job having fine details to reproduce in the casting itself. Sanjivani have some of its valued customers using Investment Castings in various field like Aerospace, Railway, Hand tools, Process pumps, and Valves, Defence, Marin Textiles, Electrical switchgears, Automobiles, Orthopedic components etc. Sanjivani has integrated its upto date experimental equipments, advance engineers, well trained technicians and some time on site operators to enhance R& D activities in making a new era.
