| About us | We are specialised in industrial fans and related systems. In any standard cement plant the fans are the indirect production machines consuming about 35-40% power agaianst the total operating power. There are problems of comatability between the design parameters and the operating parameters which makes the fans inefficienct and in many occassions the system starves. In most of the cement plants it is required to enhance the production level& improve process which needs up gradation of related equipments, specially fans. The enhanced capacity is finally established somtime after the system is stabilized after enhancement of production level. Even if the plant wants areplacement it needs, months time. So the improvement is a must. Also in any plant energy is factor. We also train up the plant engineers on fan engineering, application& practice to improve productivity& better maintenance. We also design/manufacture special application fans, impeller& components to suit specific process requirements. We work for excellence to ahieve the best from the installed fans. Our modalities are to work together with the plant engineers as a team to work out& plan improvements. We also assist in implementation as consultants, if required. |
