The various patterns of FIBC(Flexible intermediate bulk container ), popularly known as BULK BAGS/JUMBO BAGS that we manufacture are: U+2S PATTERN(B)CIRCULAR PATTERN The various types of BULK BAGS/FIBC manufactured under the above patterns are: A) OPEN TOP/FLAT BOTTOM B) OPEN TOP/DISCHARGE SPOUT C) FILL-SPOUT/FLAT BOTTOM D) TOP SKIRT/FLAT BOTTOM E) TOP SKIRT/DISCHARGE SPOUT F) FILL SPOUT/DISCHARGE SPOUT G) SINGLE/DOUBLE LOOP BAGS H) BAGS WITH LINER I) DUST PROOF/SIFT PROOF BAGS J] BAFFLE BAGS. Also the same can be tailor-made as per customers specification. The Bulk bags can be designed to have the capacity of 1000 Kg,1500Kg,2000Kg as per the requirements. Presently we have reached a capacity of manufacturing 5000 Jumbo Bags per day of various sizes and types. We give prime importance to consistence quality, timely delivery to satisfy our customers needs. Our quality is of highest standard because we manufacture 95% of the FIBC inputs, inhouse such as Woven Fabric, Webbing, Stitching, threads of various deniers, liners, coating, printing up to 3 color facility, UV Stabilizer and Masterbatches. Our FIBC Integrated production ensures quality in every step of the process from extrusion through to the finished product. All this strict quality parameters and in house manufacturing results in producing good quality of FIBC/Jumbo Bags. Moreover, the bags are being tested by in house FIBC TESTING MACHINE as per the standards laid down by NEL&EFIBCA. Our production facilities enable us to make broad range of Jumbo Bag and thus we are always improving and inventing new products which provides our customers the benefit of our hands on experience.
