Suzhou Dufa Medical Dressing Factory

Founded in August 1992, Suzhou Dufa Medical Dressing Factory is engaged in weaving, bleaching and dyeing cloth, and processing of finished products. We specialize in the production of disposable medical dressings, with the main products including disposable O.R. towels, lap sponges, gauze bandages, gauze balls, field dressings, gauze masks, adhesive-bonded cloth and a range of other dressing products (e.g. pre-washed dressings). These product series are presently being sold worldwide.

Our factory puts great emphasis on quality control and production management systems, which are based on GMP management requirements and ISO9000 standards. The German TUV accreditation organization issued us ISO9002 and EN46002 certification in 1998, and CE accreditation in 1999 for our operational procedures.

Thanks to a reputation for high quality products and service, our annual sales volume has been increasing for several years running, amounting to 150 million Yuan RMB since 1999. In 1994, we received a National Advanced Township Enterprise Exportation award, which was conferred by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. Moreover, in 1995, the Chinese Drug Administration listed our factory as one of the Top 40 Largest Medical Supply Enterprises. We have also repeatedly been evaluated as a Trustworthy Contract-Honoring Enterprise at the municipal level.

In July 2001, our factory was moved to our new site, and is now located at West Shihu Road, Suzhou. A total of 26,000 square meters floor area is covered, with 10,000 square meters of building area. All buildings have been designed, constructed and decorated in strict accordance with GMP and industry standards; and central air conditioning, a purification system, folding machinery, a digitalized packing machine, and steam disinfecting facilities have been introduced. These equipments are integral to the production process, and are important for ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained.
