Pioneered in the research and development(r&d)of the industrialised utilization of oil palm biomasses as a wood alternative. The technologies we have mastered include -plywood and block board production Utilising oil palm trunk. -reconstituted wood panels(mdfparticle board) utilising oil palm Empty fruit brunch(efb)technophase’s first foray into the oil palm biomass processing industry come in the form of a three-years turnkey project of a efb fibre particleboard plant at trong, perak for tian siang holdings sdn bhd. This project involves the dismantling, installation and upgrading of a second-hand 1000m3 capacity particleboard machineries for efb particle production. It also involves a new efb fibre drying plant which bridge the technological divide of laboratory drying and industrialised drying of efb fibre. With innovative direct-heat drying system, this plant is capable of 80tons daily output of dried efb fibre and 1000m3 of particle board. Dried efb fibre had very versatile proven industrial application, ranging from mattress, reconstituted wood panels(pbmdf) to fertiliser. The most exciting application is its substitution of wood fibre in the paper pulp production. |
