| About us | What We Produce The current annual production capacity is 1.2 million M2 of rugs. Ninety percent of the current productions are exported, mainly to European and U.S. market. To guarantee the best quality of our products, Tianjin Tycco mainly uses imported raw materials from number of world-famous manufacturers, including Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd., Ciba-Geigy, ILC and Basf etc. A whole line of products could be produced which is super soft, brilliant and free of germs, bad smell or static electricity. Besides, our advanced machinery guarantees a multiplicity of design in complete line of our rug technic including, - plain cut pile - plain loop pile - cut & loop system - long loop system - seven rolls attachment - individual control needle(ICN) system - table tufting system With a variety of more than 100 designs 20 sizes and over 100 colors, we can create specific collection for any customer. Basically three varieties of raw materials are used in production. --100% cotton long fiber: soft, bright and with best absorption capacity; --100% acrylic: the softest and most absorption synthetic fiber; --100% polypropylene: the most durable and cheap raw material. |
