Corresponding promptly about day by day status.

Our quality team having sound knowledge in this field, visit regularly to the factories and check from the initial to the final stage of production, thus maintaining the quality and delivery date.

Working nature

Tentth day from the date of receiving the production kit, the first package will be forwarded with fit approval, labdips, printing strike off embroidery strike off, accessories and others if any.

Twelth days from the date of first package approvals, the pre-production sample will be sent.

The production will commence once we recv the pre-production sample approval.

Prod-sample will be sent in medium size of all colours, before 25 days of the delivery date

Quality assurance

Our aim is to delivery quality garments. We assure buyers that the garments are of first class quality. We never tolerate excuses from our suppliers on the quality front. The quality systems are available on request to customers. Generaly we are giving the following quality standard.

3 washes - low heat tumble dry at 40 degree centigrade.

Shrinkage - 6 %(allkind of knitted items)

Torqueing - 5 %

Colour fastness - wet - 3 to 4&dry - 4 to 5

Minimum pilling and shrinkage(all woven items )

All the above stantards are ensured in our labouratory.

We can fallow initial inspection, on line inspection and final inspection

And documentation.
