To support this Division, Varroc has

A state of the art Tool Room facility to manufacture moulds up to 1300T using latest CAD/CAM software

PU based painting line for automotive plastic components

Electrical Division

This division manufactures and supplies the following Auto Flywheel magneto assemblies with technical co-operation from Mitsuba Corporation, Japan

CDI, Regulator, Regulator Rectifier units with technical co-operation from and Shindengen of Japan

Starter motor and wiper motor

Head lamp, tail lamp, blinkers with technical co-operation from ECIE, Italy

Engineering Division

This division manufactures and supplies the following precision engineering products for automobile Industry according to client specifications.

I C Engine valves with technical support from Scarpa & Colombo Srl, Italy
