WaterKiD international is a Canadian-based corporation responsible for the creation and distribution of the WaterKiD Baby Carrier - a baby carrier designed exclusively for use in water environments such as bathing, the pool and the beach.
The WaterKiD Baby Carrier received a US Patent in March of 2005 that includeds 13 features that are unique to the WaterKiD Baby Carrier. The Canadian Patent is pending.
Safety testing agaist ASTM standards F-2236-03 Safety Specification for Soft Infant Carriers and D6193-97 Standard Practices for Stitches and Seams, has been completed and the WaterKiD Baby Carrier has met these standards. Currently, the WaterKiD Baby Carrier is manufactureed in Hong Kong and comes with a 30 day manufacturer's warranty.
