Weihai Lihao Garment Co.,Ltd, was established in 1990 by Jianbo Yao. In the last decade,we have made various sorts of apparel for our clients and shipped to wholesalers,importers and retailers. Garments made by our corporation are finely tailored to the newest style and models,using the choicest materials and top craftmanship. The leather garments and articles are the favourate items appeared on the markets in the Western and Eastern Europe,Japan,the United States and Canada,as well as in Hongkong and other regions.

Materials

Materials to make garments and leather goods come from the skins of best selections of goats,sheep and pigs. Advanced technique and equipments of international scale are used in tanning,dyeing,sewing and tailoring to make garments and articles-man's and woman's overcoats,jackets,available both in nappa and suede. All the finished products are soft to the touch and agreeable to look at.

We not only make fur and leather garments according to samples offered by our clients and using materials supplied by our clients or using materials and parts that should be imported from abroad to satisfy a special requirment of the clients.

Meanwhile,in order to achieve high quality and low prices, we developed and maintain a good relationship with fabric suppliers,factories and exporters. We not only handles manufacture,but also participate in from fabric sourcing to final goods shipping. Our staff in procuct development area is capable of translating and interpreting any specifics that comes from our customers. And we have experienced engineers that plan the production,including dying,sewing and shipping, thus ensuring that delivery dates are met.Our staff also evaluates the factories,so that we only place the orders that they can produce.

Quality

The Quality Assurance Supervisors ensure the quality. They go to the factories and give the advice of how to improve their quality systems. Moreover we assure the quality by supervising the quality of the product from the fabric stage to insure that weight,color,shrinkage,and specific standards are kept.Then we supervise the garments during the sewing process to ensure that the sewing characteristics and the measurements are right.At last,we have supervisors to check the package is right.
