| About us | WMMP has the history of over thirty years of manufacture marine crane. WMMP has produced over 200 sets of different single and double deck cranes, equipped with ships、harbors and quays, of them, mostly have been exported directly to foreign countries or provided with ships exported. These cranes have been approved by seven Classification Societies such as LR、GL、NK、ABS、DNV、BV、KR, etc. WMMP has already developed harbor machinery、metallurgical equipment production line、complete set of water-electrical machinery equipment、textile machinery and tobacco machinery. WMMP has attended the projects of international and national bids actively and already signed the contracts of large project tenders such as ship-lifters of Qingjiang GeHeYan and Fujian Shuikou、Road-bridge engineering of Xiamen, etc. and large-sized steel structures projects purchased respectively by Danieli, Italy、Pomini, Italy、Demag, German and Nisson Steel Corp., Japan. In the respect of harbor machinery, utilizing the advanced licensed technology of 1980s’ level introduced from abroad, WMMP has already produced different gantry cranes、tower cranes、ship-loaders、ship-unloader and loader-unloader bridge, etc. intended for national and international foreign transportation corporations、harbor office、quays and electrical stations. It possesses a long history and rich experiences on the respect of manufacturing marine & land cranes and large scale welding steel structures. WMMP has one Welding Consumable Research Institute and one Welding Consumable Workshop. The Welding Consumable Workshop has a welding consumable auto-production line introduced from Kobe Steel Co. Ltd, Japan and the other five production lines with annual output of 15000T different common and special use welding electrodes. Except of ourselves use, the electrodes have been sold to different shipyards in domestic and to national and international customs. WMMP has established a perfect quality assurance system. In, 1997, WMMP got GJB/Z9002-1996 and ISO9002 approved for series quality system certification. The marine products and welding materials have been produced strictly according to the international standard and they have been approved by seven Registers of Shipping Such as China (CCS), America (ABS), Britain (LR), Germany (GL), Japan (NK), Italy(RINA) and Norway (DNV). Hoisting Equipment for ports are manufactured under the manufacturing licence issued by the State Communication Ministry. Pressure Vessels of Class Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ are manufacyured under the licence issued by the State Labor Ministry for design and manufacturing. Water-power machinery is manufactured under the manufacture licence issued by the State Water Conservancy Ministry. The tobacco machinery, Production Line for ZB43 Hinge Lid Packet is manufactured under the State Tobacco Exclusive Possession Bureau. Also we gained the Installation Qualification Certificate Class II issued by the State Construction Ministry for various machinery and equipment. |
