XXI Management, LLC is a business consulting company formed in 2000 to provide mortgages for the residential and commercial markets. We also operate under Statewide Mortgage, Inc. In Florida USA as well as Arkansas USA. We provide commercial property management services where necessary.

As part of our consulting services, we also provide assistance to our brokering connections involving rough diamonds and gold. This is a limited service rquiring full disclosure of all participants and operating under the KPCS.

Mortgage lending for residential begins at USD250,000 to USD10,000,000. Commercial lending minimum is USD500,000 with a maximum of USD100,000. These loans must include land and improvements along with a business as necessary.
