Xian electric machinery import&export company(xemcfor short) was established in 1986 upon approval by the ministry of foreign trade&economic cooperation(moftec)specializing in AC and DC transmission&transformation equipment, electrical railway equipment, industrial furnaces and power rectifiers, electronic elements, wires and cables, insulating materials and micro-special motors, etc..

Since its foundation, xemc has supplied successfully with complete sets of electric equipment and technical service for more than 100 substations and over 1000km of 138kv~500kv transmission lines located in malaysia, thailand, nepal, the philippines, indonesia, india and colombia etc.. It enjoys high prestige abroad for its products of high quality, perfect services and first class talents.

To hold a larger share in overseas markets, xemc has set up representative offices in malaysia, thailand, philippines and nepal. Some joint ventures have been established in the philippines and malaysia.
