We have 300 employees, among which more than 34% have college degree and 53% with junior college degree. So our employees are knowledgeable and youthful. Our company hold one 3 inch and one 4 inch completed advanced semiconductor line of the front process and power equipment, owned 100 degree and 1000 degree purifying workshop. Our company is one of the first manufacturers of unidirectional and bidirectional thyristors and Schottky barrier diode in china. Many of our products have obtained national and provincial class new production certificate. The 3 inch line has the ability of 11,000 chips and 4 inch line has 20,000 chips.
