Products in production line are checked at regular intervals at each important process workstations and semi-finished& finished stages. We make uprights, suitcases, office cases, all types of shoulder bags including backpacks, computer cases, beauty cases and cooler bags. Main raw material used is synthetic fabrics nylon and polyester, vinyl cloths and sheeting, artificial leather. Plant and capacity Our production shop is well equipped with latest and proven machines. Cutting machines: Electric scissors, hydraulic presses, slitting machines, adhesive spraying machines and skiving machine Sewing machines: All-purpose flat bed sewing machines& 5 special purpose sewing machines Riveting machines: Machine riveting, eyeleting, drills, Finishing machines: Vacuum cleaning, heat guns, pressurized air cleaning. Production capacity per annum: Appx.400,000 units with all product/style mix, including spare capacity of appx.125,000 units. |
