| About us | We have total assets of USD 200,000,000 and staff of more than 5,000. Within the group there are several companies, which are Shaoxing County Qing Fang Cheng New Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd, Shaoxing Ronghao Textile Co., Ltd, Shaoxing Jiecaifang Dyeing Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Yifeng Textile Co., Ltd, Shaoxing Yongjian Real Estate Development Co., Ltd and Shaoxing Tianjie Trading Co., Ltd. The total land area occupied by these companies is 700,000 square meters and their combined annual production capacity is 220,000MT of synthetic fibers and 100,000,000 meters of fabrics. In 2003, the Group recorded sales of USD 250,000,000. The Group as a whole employs more than 100 staff in managerial positions, 20% of whom are graduates of colleges or polytechnic schools. Our training center was set up to bring out and develop the potential of our most talented staff as well as improving the overall level of our workforce. It is involved in the induction of new employees, release programs with external agencies and the provision of in-company training classes. It is something we are very proud of as it represents the company's commitment to the development of its staff and the enterprise as a whole. It is the foundation on which the whole group stands. The Group has fostered close ties with several institutes of higher education, colleges and universities at home and abroad. Not only has there been great investment in people at the company, we have also brought in highly advanced technical equipment. Acquired at a value of USD 800,000, this equipment has had great benefits for us. In fact, the result of our serious commitment to develop our company has seen our R&Dt department create more than 1,000 new products annually. Many new products like Mega Silk and Jiecai Crepe have been ranked among the most 'in fashion' fabrics for the spring-summer season of 2004 and the spring-autumn season of 2005 by the National Textile Products Development Center of China. In recent years the Group has grown quickly, having introduced 800 or more sets of the most advanced equipment currently available on the world market. The machines we have introduced include German Zuric starching machines, Japanese Toyota starching machines and shuttle-less looms from Japan and Italy. Currently, another 50 sets of chemical spinning equipment from Japan are being installed. We have thus become a group that can cover all of the processes involved in our line of production. We have machines performing functions ranging from producing chemical fibers and spinning, to weaving and dyeing all the way through to finishing processes. Combined with our advanced equipment, the complete chain of production we have formed can safely guarantee the high quality of the final product. The Group pays special attention to product quality and environmental protection, having passed the inspection for the ISO14001 Environment Recognition System in 2002 and authentication for the ISO9001 Quality Recognition System. Furthermore, we have the international recognition of Eko-Tex Standard 100 for our ecological textiles. Normative management ensures the Group can maintain its long-term advantages and keep up its drive to progress and compete in today's marketplace. |
