We have separate Merchandiser for woven and Knit.

We are able to produce all kinds of woven and knit items like trousers, shorts, shirts, t-shirt, polo shirt, sweet shirts, and sweaters with all kinds of Fabrications. We are also able to do small quantity like 2 to 5 thousand per style up to large quantity like 1 to 3 hundred thousand pieces per style.

We have strong commitment to quality and our major target is to satisfy the clients like you with quality and on time delivery. We can offer enhanced service than others for pricing, quality goods as per buyer’s requirements and also on time shipment.

We have always kept quality controller in one factory for whole day for the follow up of the production and QC In-charge visit every factory every day. Concern Merchant also visit factory during production to avoid any type of mistake and our managing director be present during final inspection.

Before starting the bulk production we maintain the following for our all customers in fabrics, accessories, production & shipment.

Fabric:

We are very much cognizant about color fastness, staining, rubbing & tear strength, dye lot & shade deviation. Especially we are collecting the pile loss test report for corduroy fabrication from fabric supplier before shipping the fabric. During your product development we can send the fabrication in different construction with different color from local & overseas manufacturers as your requirement. Keep it in mind you will get the GSP facility for local fabrics, but the fabric price is little bit higher than overseas, this will effect on your fob value.

Accessories:

a) All printed/woven label + care label -must be washing proof & readable after washing the garments.

b) Elastic must be pre skunked & relaxed before sewing the garments.

c) Thread must be in correct quality to keep its strength, also after heavy garments washes.

d) Button & rivets – we always source from overseas with nickel free, ferrous free & lead free.

e) Leather or artificial leather badge – azo dyes, metals, organic compound, apeo/ap, phenols & formaldehyde.

If customers need the lab test report then we can send.

Sampling:

As buyers requirement we are making the style/offer samples with similar construction fabrics but color & trims are available but try to match as buyer’s requirement without any cost. If you need the samples with different fabrication then we can do, but you have to make sure that the order will be placed with us. What ever the qty the customer demands, we can do that for our valuable customer.

Size set + counter + p/p samples + photo samples we are doing as buyer’s requirement after negotiating the order. Ashri textile is always ready to feedback his customer all the way.

Production: during production QC always in production area. Besides

That, Related merchandiser is go to production unit every Sunday.

Final inspection:

QC manager & concern merchandiser do the final inspection as AQL-2.5 basis. We realize that every customer is unique and his or her needs may vary. We have developed strong merchandise & technical teams to provide customer service according to their necessities and satisfaction.
