Overview： Electric-opening autoclave is designed by ZG Boiler to solve the difficult in door-opening, through a further R&D, we developed a high efficient autoclave equipment with independent intellectual property rights. The cover and body adopt Q345R steel plates specially for pressure vessel; the flanges use 16Mn steel materials to forge.

The swing position adopts electric drive pusher to make the autoclave cover swing up and down.

Application: The electric-opening autoclave for sale can be widely used in rubber products, wood drying and corrosion prevention, insulation materials, cement pipe pile, aerated bricks, heavy metal smelting, glass laminating, etc for high pressure steaming.

Structure: The electric-opening autoclave is composed by autoclave cover, body, bearing, valves, instrument and safety accessories. Also transmission shaft, coupling, speed reducer, support, and electric machine.

Work principle： When opening the autoclave, the operator turns on the electric machine, the power through the speed reducer, transmission shaft takes the shaft-arm of door-open mechanism to rotate, so as to open or close the door.

The operator should pay attention to observe whether the rotating arm is stable, if it is stopped by anything, timely shut off the power, troubleshooting in case of destroying the electric machine.
