Carbon/Carbon Composite Brake Materials and Products

Specifications: Huaxing Corporation founded in 1956. It is a principal base and enterprise for researching,manufacturing and maintaining of aviation brake systems in China. In1972 we began to research and develop C/C composite brake materials for variousvehicles, so it made China become the fourth country in this line in the world.

In 1991 our technology of carbon brake disk and anti-oxidation coating was approvedby China Airborne Equipment Corporation. In 1992~1993 we obtained the Chinesepatent device rights of manufacturing technology and anti-oxidation technologyof C/C composite brake material.

In 1996 we developed second-generation C/C compositebrake materials, next the year it was passed the appraisal test through inertiasimulation dynamometer. In 1998～1999 we successfully manufactured a singlecoat of felt of carbon disk and phosphate anti-oxidant. Now we can largely manufacturecarbon brake disks.

The annual capacity is 8000～10000 disks, which canbe used widely for military and civil airplane, deluxe car, heavy truck, racingcar, motorcycle, high speed train, tank, armored car, and crane equipment etc..Meanwhile, we can also maintain brake disks and brake devices for customers.
