Cationic Polyacrylamide PAM

Polyacrylamide (PAM) is a chemical that can be applied to disturbed oils at construction sites to reduce erosion and improve settling of suspended sediment. --------------------------------------------------------PAM increases the soil’s available pore volume, thus increasing infiltration and reducing the quantity of stormwater runoff that can cause erosion.

Suspended sediments from PAM treated soils exhibit increased flocculation over untreated soils.

The increased flocculation aids in their deposition, thus reducing stormwater runoff turbidity and improving water quality. -------------------------------------------------------------------- It can be used to disposed wasted water from manufacturing foods, alcohol and paper, disposing factory of city wasted water, beer factory, monosodium glutamate factory, sugar manufacturing and deal with wasted water with high content of organic substance, wasted water from drink, textile and printing and dyeing.

In addition, it can also be used as chemical assistant such as anti expansion agent of clay, thickening agent of oil field acidification and as enhancer in paper manufacturing.
