OPC is produced byinter-grinding cement clinker prepared in a rotary cement kiln with gypsum.Each metric ton of OPC requires approximately 0.95 metric tons of clinker andapproximately 0.05 metric tons of gypsum. Ordinary Portland cement is availablein darker shade as well as in light shades in It is used in all generalconstructions especially in major prestigious projects where cement is to meetstringent quality requirements; it can be used in concrete mortars and groutsetc. Ordinary Portland cement is compatible/consumable with admixture/ re tradersetc.
