AIR-04 is the newly-generated water soluble defoamer for paper-making. The chemical technology and parts of main raw materials design and production have been introduced from German Henkel.
Characteristics: The product has good water solubility without floaters.
Function: The product is suitable for the defoaming in the process of paper pulp treatment for carton manufacturing, with straw pulp as part of the raw materials. The product is capable of removing cation rosin size, modified starch, PVA, and defoaming for paper-making sewage of AKD sizing agent. It can not only removing the water surface foaming quickly but also removing the micro-bubbles absorbed by water fibers. With small consumption amount, the product can take fast defoaming effect and durable foam inhibition as well.

Utilization Method:
AIR-04 is nontoxic and won’t cause combustion with strong acid and alkali resistance, hard to cause decomposition failure with excellent water-solubility, defoaming and foam inhibiting properties. Then add metering pump under the wire mesh of the water tank of white water. The consumed amount is approximately 100-150g for each ton of finished paper products.
Storage:
Indoor 5-40℃, with shelf life of 12 months.
