High productivity:

Extending the length of the die rolls to 182mm increase the productivity remarkably. Take the die rolls of 8# OV AS an example, the productivity increase 60% than that of the die rolls of the normal length (152mm)

Lubrication for gelatin ribbon
The gelatin ribbon is lubricated by fine oil supply technology in order to lower the consumption of lubrication oil to less than 260g/h under the condition that die rolls speed is at 5rpm.The rate of oil supply can be adjusted automatically with the speed of dies.

Personal-Human Interface:

PLC-base control system equipped with touch monitor enables specific parameter card function, which allows save all operate parameter or load it with one touch, help operator rapidly resumed to the best operation condition. Capsule counter on the monitor displays amount of the capsule produced clearly. Simple diagnosis function was integrated in the system. Optional long-distance communication module can be upon the customers requirement
