Our product ,special grade tea polyphenols,is extract from green tea by methods of special techniques. It is of light-colour, high catechins and high EGCG;a powerful natural antioxidants activity (determaination by Rancimat method) which is three times-more than that of BHA and four times more than that of BHT,it can use in foods additives;a high security (LD50 = 2.75~5.01g/kg body weight );and a good stability in conditions of acidity and neutrality.
