Our SiC powder is obtained from high quality green SiC bulks which produced by smelting high purity petroleum coke and silica sand in large resistance furnace.
The powder has excellent performances such as high purity, proper distribution, high stacking density, high tap density and high sintering activity, is suitable for sintering at normal pressure.
Available Size:
D50 = 0.45±0.2 μm.
Applications:
Solid state sintering or liquid phase sintering at normal pressure.
Sealing rings; Bullet proof panels; Nozzles; Magnetic pump parts.
Typical Chemical Analysis:
SiC: > 99.00%;
SiO2: < 0.20%;
Fe2O3: < 0.05%;
Free-Si: < 0.10%;
Free-C: < 0.10%;
pH Value: 5.5-6.5.
