MANUFACTURING FEATURES
• Chassis: extruded anodized aluminum profiles
with reinforced corners made of polyamide.
• Casing: detachable sandwich panels. Outside
lateral panel steel with white lacquered coating,
25 mm thickness rock wool (Fire M0), thermal and
acoustic insulation, and inside panel made of galvanized
steel.
• Fixing system through threaded fittings on the
structure profiles.
• Fans: double inlet centrifugal fans with forward
impeller and direct belt-driven motor. Mounted and
fixed to the outlet panels for an easy access wiring
operations and maintenance.
• Exchanger: Eurovent certified crossed flow exchanger
cell made of aluminium, removable from
the bottom and top panels.
• Efficiency up to 60% depending on the models
and conditions of use.
• Condensates tray: Condensates tray in galvanized
steel with a plastic drain outside.
• Filters: Two filtration levels with low pressure drop
filters G4 + F7 in outlet and return (F7 + F9 option
in outlet) mounted on slides horizontally or vertically
removable inspection door from the side, top
or bottom.
• Motorization: four speed 230v/50Hz II motor in
RCIB 600 and RCIB 900 models. Three speed motor
in RCIB 1900 and RCIB 2800 models. 400V/50Hz
III motor in RCIB 3700 and RCIB 2800 models.

Energy recovery units for ventilation installations according
to the EN-13779 requirements.

reset at 75°C, and manual reset at a 115°C.
• Hot water coil with copper tubes and aluminum
fins. Supplied with no-freeze safety thermostat with
automatic reset at adjustable temperature.
• Sandwich panels with 50mm thickness M0 insulation.
