A.The YZYX12SL is one of our advanced screw oil presses with  water cooling system and lengthened squeeze cage.  

   (a). Water cooling system is our advanced design. Our company possess patent of it.  This function makes sure the squeeze cage having constant reasonable temperature during the machine is working, so to avoid the nutrients, such as the vitamins, fatty acidsand manieral ets  in the oil getting lost because of the rising temperature. 

  (b) The squeeze pressure in the lengthened squeeze cage is bigger, thus the oil output and efficiency is remarkably higher. Practices proved the oil content of the dry cakes generally reaches 6% when the oil plants been well pretreated

B. Spare parts are made of the most suitable material and treated by superb crafts

    (a) Squeeze loops and squeeze spirals are made of 20 carbon steel, well treated by carburization and air-hardening crafts which increase the hardness and lengtened the sercive life.    

    (b) The press cage, adjusting bolt, etc are made of ductile iron, of which the hardness is  high enough.

    (c) The big gear in the generation box is made of high quality casting steel.

C. Adopting screw squeezing structure, the squeezing pressure is strong and the oil content of the dry cake is lower than other squeezing types. Moreover, the squeeze spirals and squeeze loops can be disassembled. When they are out of service period, users only need replace them by new ones and no need to displace the whole machine.
