UHMWPE UD Fabric

Unidirectionalconstruction in which the yarns are not woven but lie parallel to each other (each layer at 90° to the adjacent layers' fibers), all the fibers are laid paralleled in the same plain. Super high tenacity high modulus fiber is uniformly spread, special bulletproof elastic resin soaked, gelatinized with films, and thermally bonded by orthogonal laminating.

UD fabric can promptly distribute energy of bullet on a large area so as to reduce depth of concavity of bulletproof materials so that non- penetration injury can be therefore reduced. Besides, this fabric can absorb bullet's shock and block smashed bullet pieces to prevent secondary injury. It is therefore the advanced ideal soft bulletproof composite material. Provides the wearer with excellent ballistic and trauma performance in a lightweight body armor solution; Block smashed fragments to prevent secondary injury;
