High pressure water jet cleaning machine - JG

High pressure cleaning pump, has two kinds of transition devices: transmitting belt or inner-placed gear box. Every pump is equipped with safety regulating valve. Pressure of pump can be regulated freely. Alarm protection are equipped for temperature of lubricating oil and inlet and outlet pressure of the pump. It is an excellent cleaning device for mechanical equipments and metal structures.

Speed regulation: by gear box, belt wheel, electromagnetic and frequency-changing

Main parts:
Machine seat (material used: HT250),
Pump body (material used: 316, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, Nickel-phosphorus alloy galvanized carbon steel layer) Heat treatment is applied to prevent fatigue crack.
Crack shaft (material used 35Crmo, 42Crmo) Nitrogen hardening treatment is applied to attain strong strength, high hardness, durable and corrosion resistant feature.
Plunger (material used: superior ceramic, Ni60 alloy nickel-coated wear resistant and anti-corrosive layer).
Wire rod sealed with aramid fiber or carbon fiber Splashing of lubrication is used.

Valve types: conical valve, plate valve, ARN valve and combined valves. They are durable and anti-corrosive after special treatment.
