Spherical roller bearings are double row units consisting of a solid outer ring with a concave raceway, a solid inner ring, barrel rollers and a solid brass cage. Cages are inner ring guided, have a circumferential groove and three lubricating holes in the outer ring for improved lubrication.
Spherical roller bearings can support axial forces in both directions as well as high radial forces, have an extremely high load carrying capacity. Srb are suitable for extremely heavy loads, due to the high number of large, long barrel rollers. Srb can compensate misalignment, shaft deflection and housing deformation.
