REMSO produce Immersion samplers for homogenous sample of molten metal. The sampling device and the coupling lance fitted with paper tubes measures the chemical properties of molten metals and are used for all types of steel & iron samplers for Blast Furnaces, Basic Oxygen Furnaces, Degasser, Ladle Treatment Stations, Electric Arc Furnaces, Torpedo Stations, Iron Transfer Ladles, Castor Tundish, and moulds.

The Cartridges are fitted on to Spiral wound OR parallel rolled paper tubes and Lengths as per customers requirement can be supplied

ADVANTAGE Accurate, reliable, and easy to take sample Spoons available in a variety of thickness and diameters viz Round, Oval, dual Thick short oval, long oval disc and Fill pin Deoxidants available are: aluminum, zirconium, and titanium. Ultra-low carbon applications available. Non-splash sleeves optional.

RANGE Paper tubes have a wall thickness of 5.5mm ± 0.25mm. The sampler lengths are: are from 200 mm to 1700 mm.
