1. Description of medical grade silicone Insoles/heel cups liquid silicone rubber

OTT-X708 liquid Silicone for Insoles is a solvent-free, flowable - 2 Component RTV Silicone rubber. After mixing the X708 A and X708 B at a mix ratio of 1:1 the material will cure by an addition reaction at room temperature. The cure rate can be accelerated significantly by heat.

Material has been especially developed for insoles.It can also be used for lace coating and Conveyor belt coating and also for other applications where fast cure at elevated temperatures and good flow or self leveling characteristics are required.

1. Applicable to the injection molding process.

2. Mixing component A with B evenly according its mix ratio, it is ready for use after degassing, it cures by heating up the temperature when pouring into the mold.

3. The curing time is subject to the temperature, short time will be required under high temperature, long time will be required while the product with large thickness.
