General Introduction

Modular planetary gear units have 27 specifications from 9 to 36 which adopt highly modular design. The series of Planetary transmission are 2 class and 3 class, gear ratio is 25-4000。

The gear and the gear shaft adopt the grinding process of the controlled atmosphere carburizing.
The major parts are designed through three-dimensional software.Every component is processed precisely and assembled carefully.
The housing use ductile cast iron and improved the rigid and vibration resistance of the housing.
Input way: concentric shaft input, helical gear input, bevel gear-helical gear input, bevel gear input.
Output way: inner spline, hollow shaft shrink disc, outer spline, solid shaft flat key
Installation: horizontal installation, vertical installation, torque arm installation.
