1\Selection Principle for foaming regulators:
1)PVC with different polymerization degree, such as S-700, S-800, S-1000, has different viscosity and fluidity, we should select the relevant type of foaming regulator based on this point so as to get the viscosity required.
2)The fusion speed should be proper.
3)The melt strength must be enough higher
4)The melt fluidity must be good.
5)Different products, such as foaming board, thick foaming board, thin foaming board, wood-plastic foaming board, steel-plastic foaming board, require different processing conditions, so we should select proper foaming regulator according to the features of them to meet the processing requirements
6)Keep balance of internal and external lubricant.
7)Select superior internal and external lubricant.
8)Add enough heat-stabilizers.
