PVC resin suspension grade

The PVC Resins are polymerized by suspension process, their appearance being in white powder form. They are essential materials for preparing PVC compounds. By adding blending agents and employing different techniques, they can be made into rigid or non-rigid PVC products and are suppliable in a wide range of transparent, translucent, and opaque colours.

Applications: PVC Resin SG5 is widely used in the production of water pipe, chemical pipe, plastic windows and doors, packing film, plastic carpet, plastic ceiling, sanitary fitting, leatheriod, plastic wallpapet etc. PVC resin is the most widely raw material used in plastic production.

It has good chemical stability, corrosion resistance and water resistance. It can be dissolved in acetone, hydrochloric ether, ester and some alcohol. It can offer good solubility, good electrical insulation, thermoplasticity and membrane forming capacity.
