PulverizerABB "OZOD 2006" is built on patented Straight-Through-Elastic-Deformation Grinding method (STEDG). Super high pressure in the grinding process are provided by closed conservative forces, through tools with needle-like surface with high strength and durability. These tools are made from high wear-resistant material with special surface treatment.
Resource of coating of the grinding tools is one year, after the working within one year , wear-resistant coating possibly is applied again. Know-how of coating is the property of the company.
