SJSZ80/156 WPC profile production line is developed with multi-functional hig-degree of automation from our copmany according to market demand and its own advanced technical advantages. SJSZ80/156 WPC profile extrusion machine is made of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, crawler tractor, cutting machine and turning frame. The whole production line adopts mechatronic design; main motor and auxiliary with perfect operation; feeding, extrusion and traction with frequency control to ensure the precision control.
WPC profile finished products physical properties: high strength and hardness, anti-slip,wear-resistance, no cracking, no insects, little water absorption, ageing-resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-static and UV, insulation, thermal insulation,retardant fire, resistant high temperature( 75 ℃)and low temperature(-40 ℃).
