Scrolling Traction Shearer

I. General Introduction:

Tractor and scrolling shearer are driving by AC motor, decelerating by pin-cycloidal reduction gear separately, which rotate speed is controlled by AC frequency conversion adjustor. Two cutters are equipped on the one-glyph roller cutter body of shearer to act as rolling shear.

II. Working principle of traction rolling shearer.

Putting aluminum ingots poured by CCR line into rolling shearer through cylinder on the tractor and clamped it into shearer, that can produce aluminum ingots in different lengths by adjusting the rotate speed of tractor and shearer, or appropriately adjusting the length of ingots by adjusting the speed of casting machine.

III. Characteristics Of Machine:

To realize automatic shear of ingots, meanwhile, automatic controlling signal feedback device is mounted on the rolling shearer, which can fully realize automatic control and adjustment of shearing length to rolling shearer, and tidy in shearing mouth. It can not only satisfy the requirements of production processing property, but also reducing the labor intensity.
