Sound Attenuators & Duct Silencers
We design a comprehensive range of Sound Attenuators, which are used to reduce the noise generated by fans, and impellers used in air conditioning system. The noise is relevant to the amount of work they do to move the air, much of the noise generated by the fluctuations of radiated pressure and the pressure waves are distributed approximately equally in all directions causing 'duct borne noise' and break out or'flanking noise'.
Outer Casings:
Outer Casings is constructed from not less than 22 SWG galvanized Steel Sheet Lock Formed.
Splitter Facing:
Perforated Galvanized Steel Sheet Splitter Facings are aero dynamically profiled and exits are flat faced.
Sound Absorbent Material:
Inorganic, non-hygroscopic, flame moisture and vermin proof, Rock Wool Fiber of the desired density to achieve the required acoustic results is packed under compression to prevent the formation of voids due to setting.
