Material features Usages
304 SS304 is produced in accordance with the American ASTM standard stainless steel grades. It is a very versatile stainless steel containing 19% chromium and 9% nickel. 304 is a stainless steel, the most widely used heat-resistant steel. SS304 is widely used for the production requirements of well-integrated equipment and parts (corrosion resistance and formability). 316L 316L is a molybdenum-containing stainless steel. Because of containing molybdenum, the overall performance of the steel is better than the 310 and 304 stainless steel. In hightemperature conditions, when the concentration of sulfuric acid less than 15% and higher than 85%, 316L stainless steel is extensively used. It has exceptional resistance to pitting, excellent high-temperature creep strength. 316L stainless steel has a good resistance to chloride erosion performance. Chiefly for pitting corrosion-resistant material.
310 SS310 is austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel having good resistance to oxidation and corrosion resistance, thanks to a higher percentage of chromium and nickel.
The 310 is made of high-alloy materials that have high temperature oxidation resistance. SS310 has a much better creep strength. At elevated temperatures, it can be sustained operation and has a good temperature resistance. Principally used for the high-temperature steel.
