Vertical Ring High Gradient Magnetic Separator DLS series, or high capacity magnetic filter, combined the benefits of wet high intensity magnetic separator.
DLS separator is versatile magnetic separation machine, which is used to remove ferrous impurities from slurry of non-magnetic minerals, separate weak magnetic minerals, non magnetic minerals and strong magnetic minerals, or recover magnetic product from tailings. It is widely applied for roughing, cleaning or scavenging when beneficiating minerals, especially for feldspar, hematite, red mud (bauxite residues).
Wide Application:
1. Ferrous minerals: upgrade hematite, limonite, siderite, chromite, ilmenite, manganese, etc.
2. Nonmetallic minerals: purify quartz, feldspar, kaolin, de-iron refractory materials, such as sillimanite, andalusite, kyanite, etc, and remove hornblende, mica, tourmaline, garnet and other impurities.
