WZB-1 Steel-backed Oilless sliding Bearing/ bushing

WZB-1 is a kind of thin wall wrapped bearings made of tripple layer compositesmaterial which consists of a steel backing, a sintered porous bronze particlesinterlayer and calendered with PTFE and Pb mixture as surface layer.

This isof low friction coefficient, antiwear, anti-corrosion and can be used withoutoil, or only a trace of oil is needed. Moreover, it is of low cost, lowvibration and low voice, compact and light, and can form a transfer film ofPTFE which protects the mating surface from scorring.
