From the Steps window, select the step(s) to bypass. To select more than one step, hold the [Ctrl] key while selecting.

From the Steps window:
Steps > Bypass
The selected steps are displayed in dark red. The following message is displayed.

Select OK. These steps are not performed when the product is run.

Select Exit to close the Steps window.

Bypass Components
Use this procedure to bypass a selected component in a product. This by-passes all steps using the selected component.
Procedure:

From the Product Editor window, open the product to edit.

From the Product Editor window:
Components > Bypass
The Bypass Components dialog box is displayed.

Select the component(s) from the list to bypass. To select more than one component from the list, hold the [Ctrl] key while selecting.

Select OK . All occurrences of the selected component in the product are bypassed.
