Concrete pole machine comprises base, supporting wheel, bearing base, controll cabinet and driving shaft; it is the crutial device for manufacturing and precasting concrete poles. Our concrete spun pole centrifugal machine is fabricated with wholly shaft connection, preventing the prestress intensification caused by the change of shaft diameter,and causing shaft breaking;the flange of the bearings can be disassembled,so it would be more convenient to repair and maintain.

Working Principle

When the centrifugal force that is created by pole centrifugal machine turns the pole steel mould equal to or slightly greater than the gravity of the concrete, concrete can overcome the influence of gravity, stay away from the center of rotation so that strong distribution around the model. When the speed continues to increase,all kinds of material in the concrete mixture along the direction of the centrifugal force crowded around to dense homogeneous by centrifugal force.

Introduction of concrete pole mould

Concrete pole mould is semi-circular double-segment structure,classified cylinder mould and conical mould two catagories,specification:conical mould:diameter 100-470mm,length 6-15m,taper1:75;cylinder mould:diameter 200-400mm,length over 6-15m;steel mould can be applied to both prestressed and reinforced concrete poles producing.

Production details

Pole mould is divided into two type structure,make the steel plate compressed into pole shape dimension,increasing strength by flange, longitudinal bar and ring ribs,finally put the whole turning on a lathe , routine test.
